Do you offer a Discount Service for Police and Military Personnel?
Our prices are some of the cheapest on the internet and we are therefore unable to provide a discount for you. However, we can provide free shipping and where possible a price match promise on a like for like basis.

What if my item I want isn't in stock?
We endeavour to carry a constant supply of the items listed on our website, If however your item is not in stock when you place your order, we will not take any payments from you until it is in stock and ready for shipping.

At SWAT, we do not keep any personal details about clients. However, we do have an emailing list that our members can sign up to; this is purely so that we can keep our clients informed on the latest news and items available to the avid Airsoft and Military enthusiast.

There are a vast number of skirmish sites throughout the United Kingdom and this is growing all the time. It is important to check that the site you intend to use has insurance and offers you the 'whole' experience at a price that is affordable without unnecessary extras.

What about Upgrades and Customisation?
We offer an upgrade service fine-tuned to the individuals needs, be it more accuracy, power and/or rate of fire. Please Note: Any modifications will invalidate your warranty
Warranty and Repairs
Returns Policy:
In the unlikely event of any items supplied by S.W.A.T be faulty or damaged, please contact our sales team as soon as possible and a replacement will be arranged upon conformation of faults or damage.
Proof of purchase is required for all returned items for proof of purchase. No refunds will be given should faults or damage be caused by carelessness or neglect of the items.
All of our items carry a 30 day money back guarantee, but must be as new, with the original undamaged packaging and all items supplied, including complimentary BB's. If you have any concerns or queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please note that we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
